So How Does All of This Work?

Great Question!

First, you will need to schedule a meet and greet & basic screening. This is MANDATORY for our insurance, our safety, and your family’s safety. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we pet sit without meeting you and the pets that will be needing care AHEAD OF TIME. Meet and Greets are approximately 30 minutes, with both Travis and Michelle attending. If you require a longer appointment time, please ask when you book the Meet & Greet and we can schedule a longer one for a small fee.

Once your meet and greet is complete, you will receive an email from us with a link to set up your profile with Time to Pet, a pet sitting software that we use to schedule and speak with clients while in the field. You will need to answer all the questions in the app, and sign and agree to the policies and procedures, BEFORE you can book with us. Any time you need our help, you can contact us via the app to check availability, send a service request, or chat with us. Depending on the time of day, or what service you book, will depend on which pet sitter you will get. We do offer emergency booking at no extra fee once you are a client - we will try our best to accommodate you should something sudden come up, but please know we are only a 2 person team.

NEW PET?

Already a client, but got a new family member? Not a problem! Let us know and we’ll happily come out to meet them, and review your other pet’s care plans. We can add them to the Vet Release for you, no need to sign again.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, & Zelle. Payment is due at time of FIRST service, on the day you leave, or ahead of time. If there is no payment made, services will NOT be rendered. You will receive 2 reminders about payment, one 7 days before your booking, and again on the day of your booking. For longer trips (7+ days, or with our approval), we are happy to take a 50% deposit the day you leave, and the remainder is due when you return. This helps us with gas costs to and from your home.

HOLIDAYS

Holidays require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking. As you can imagine, holidays book fast, so be sure to have your travel plans cemented before you book and pay the deposit!
(Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
